I hired James to build us a Trex deck. While we were waiting forever on our County to finish the permit (no fault on Millions) they built us a hot tub deck to perfect size as well. His foreman Darren was super easy to work with. When a minor change was needed, he rolled with it and knocked it out in no time. No matter the rain, mud, or snow, they worked hard while they were here, and we are so happy with both our decks. Thank you so much Millions, James, Darren and the rest of the team. Excellent job.

James showed up on time for our initial meeting, noted several issues with the existing sub-frame that needed fixing, and came back with a bid within a couple of days. James was very easy to get along with. The workers were professional. Work generally went smoothly, with the exception of one measurement "oops" on the glass inserts that delayed completion a few days. I've been through enough remodels to know that such things happen, so no big deal for me. Communication could have been a little better - there were a couple e-mails that I didn't get an acknowledgement to - but Jame's wife Rene said there was a pet emergency in that time-frame. The cost was a bit higher than I was expecting, but not as outrageous as another bid that I got. The final product looks great.

Work was done in timely manner: manually dig the trenches for the pipes in a yard filled with rocky soil and under existing lawn, included 8 zones plus drip lines for pots. They had to make adjustments to make sure all bedding areas got water, to our satisfaction. Workers were polite and worked hard throughout each day. It was an expensive outlay but am so happy we did it.

Built a wall. Turned a heap of mud to something beautiful. There were a number of different contractors permits for patio and concrete guys and stone masons. They did a very good job to coordinate this project. I believe I got a reasonable price for the project.

I live on a 'sliding hill' and my deck was showing signs of becoming unstable. Millions Custom Landscaping devised a plan to correct the problem. They removed the existing aluminum and glass railing and took up the existing deck to gain access to the work area. Then, they reset the deck posts in concrete. The old rockery retaining wall was rebuilt using good granite rock to replace the crumbling basalt rock. Once that was completed, they rebuilt my deck using new lumber and reinstalled the aluminum and glass railing. I will never have to worry about the stability of my deck ever again! This arduous and challenging job was done in a very timely manner, done to perfection and at a very affordable cost.

I had been wanting to remove these rhododendrons for several years, but, had no idea of what to plant in their place. This is the front of my home and I wanted plants that were presentable year-round and easy to care for. But, first, the rhoddies had to be removed. So, I called Millions Custom Landscaping without hesitation because they have provided a wide variety of landscaping services for me for at least the past five years and I have never been disappointed. Their crew arrived on time and in very short order all the shrubs were removed and hauled away and the area cleaned up. I felt their fee was fair and reasonable. Our plan was to plant new shrubs in the Spring of 2016. I have signed a contract with Millions to plants new shrubs based on their recommendations of various plants to be used. This job also includes leveling the work area, adding cottage rock, adding bark and cleanup. I am very excited to see the final project !!
